Important Booking Information
Please note: tickets are sold on a room-sharing basis.
Queen and king rooms are larger, with guests sharing a bed. A single-room ticket guarantees your own bed.
If you are attending with someone you know, you may request to share a room with them. We will accommodate requests wherever possible, provided you have both purchased the same ticket type.
The Experience Begins Before You Arrive
Before you fly, you’ll receive a personalised PR package worth £500—a special delivery to build the excitement and offer your first taste of the retreat experience.
More awaits at the villa. When you are shown to your room, you’ll receive a personalised goodie bag filled with thoughtful treats and essentials for your stay—helping you settle in, feel celebrated and make yourself at home from the moment you arrive.
What’s Included, What’s Not & Travel Notes
What Your Ticket Includes
Your ticket includes:
- Villa accommodation from 18–23 May 2027.
- Food and drinks provided at the villa.
- Scheduled group transport from Marrakesh Airport to the villa.
- Scheduled return transport from the villa to Marrakesh Airport.
- All excursions and organised activities listed in the official itinerary.
- The massage treatment included in the itinerary.
- All Pilates sessions listed in the itinerary.
- Food at Buddha-Bar.
Drinks purchased at Buddha-Bar are not included. Each guest is responsible for paying their own drinks bill directly to the venue.
A total group allowance of £3,333 is included at Café del Mar. Once this allowance has been fully used, each guest will be responsible for opening and paying their own individual tab. Guests are responsible for checking their personal spending and settling any outstanding balance before leaving the venue.
Airport transfers will operate at the designated times communicated before the retreat. Guests arriving or departing outside these times, including because of delays or independently arranged travel, may be responsible for arranging and paying for their own transport.
What Is Not Included
Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing, the following are not included:
- Flights to or from Morocco.
- Drinks purchased at Buddha-Bar.
- Spending at Café del Mar after the £3,333 group allowance has been used.
- Activities, meals, drinks, transport or excursions arranged independently during guests’ free time.
- Optional activities that are not listed in the official itinerary.
- Personal purchases and other incidental expenses.
- Passports, visas, vaccinations or travel insurance.
- Transport required because a guest misses a scheduled group transfer.
Guests who choose to leave the group or make their own arrangements during free time do so at their own cost and are responsible for returning to the villa or next scheduled activity on time.
