Booking Appointments

It is against the law to administer botulinum toxin or dermal filler under the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021. If we believe you are underage, even if you produce documents, we have the right to refuse treatment. You may be asked to send us a photo of your ID before booking online — please co-operate accordingly. We request everyone brings photo identification (passport) to their appointment; you may be refused treatment if you do not produce ID documents. We will report anyone we believe to be using fraudulent documents.

Booking fees are non-refundable and must be paid upon booking to secure your appointment.

Cancellations made 48 hours before your appointment can be rescheduled one time only, within 14 days of cancellation. Thank you for understanding.
